I welcome students of all levels and ability. I want to make yoga, movement, and meditation accessible to everyone. I offer a safe, contained space for you to find your way. I have been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. You are in safe hands.
I utilize mindfulness meditation and somatic techniques in my teaching to help students connect their minds with their bodies. I strive to make the practice accessible and uncomplicated so everyone can benefit from this vital work.
Along my many yoga certifications (500 hour E-RYT), I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with Peter Levine and a certified Postural and Movement Analyst with Tom Myers.
I’ve been teaching yoga, movement, and mindfulness for over 20 years. I’m the Co-founder and Director of Soma Yoga Center and the Director of Soma Yoga School. I’ve been awarded Best Yoga Teacher in Boston by Boston Magazine, lead 200 hour trainings through Soma Yoga School, am a contributing teacher at Harvard.
My goal is to help you feel better physically, energetically, and emotional. You are perfect as you are in this moment and I want your practice to help you discover that.
