Yoga, movement, and meditation are the foundations of my life and I want to share them with you.

I welcome students of levels and ability. I want to make yoga, movement, and meditation accessible to everyone. I offer a safe, contained space for you to find your way. I have been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. You are in safe hands.

At the root of all of my classes is connection. Connection to yourself and others. There’s no competition in my classes. No comparison. Come as you are and I’ll meet you there. You don’t have to be flexible, thin, or wear Lululemons to practice yoga. You just need to show up again and again.

I teach four unique styles of movement. Each class is quite different from the other and there is something for everyone. You can do this. Please check out my class descriptions before you register so you know what you are going to get. My classes are heavily influenced by Shiva Rea and Barbara Benagh as well as so many other wonderful teachers I’ve had the privilege to study with.

My private yoga therapy is influenced by Tom Myers, Bo Forbes, Gary Kraftsow, and Peter Levine. I am a certified Postural and Movement Analyst with Tom Myers as well as an Intermediate Somatic Experience Practitioner with Peter Levine. Please see my Yoga Therapy page for more information.

My goal is to help you feel better physically, energetically, and emotional. You are perfect as you are in this moment and I want your practice to help you discover that.
