Tuesdays – 12:30-1:30pm Level 1/2 - Exhale
5:45-7pm Level 1/2 - North End Yoga

Wednesdays – 7-8am Gentle Vinyasa– Sportsclub/LA
12:30-1:30pm Level 1/2 - Exhale

Thursdays – 12:30-1:30pm Level 1/2– Exhale
6-7:30pm Level 1/2 – Exhale

Fridays – 10-11:15am Level 2/3– Sportsclub/LA

Saturdays – 9:30-11am – Level 2/3 – Exhale

    I feel so much better after taking a Yoga class with Amy. I highly recommend her services. She is a star on the rise.

    I have been taking Yoga with Amy for 10 months at my work. I had only taken one Yoga class before and I never went back because I thought it was not for me. After attending Amy’s class I was hooked! She really showed all of us (who were beginners) the proper ways of holding the poses. She takes the time to explain and physically move you into the correct position. After a few months of class I could actually see my improvement and craved more. I planned all of my afterwork activities around Amy’s class, because I did not want to miss it. She is a great teacher and I am lucky to have started with her.
