I began my yoga journey in January 2003 when I walked into Amy's Yoga Basics class at the (former) Crunch Fitness in Downtown Crossing, not knowing my a$$ from my elbow. Well, the stars must've been aligned that Monday night, because from the moment I stepped onto that mat in Amy's class, I never looked back. Because of her clarity, compassion, confidence, and humor, I fell in love with the practice, and am now, almost five years later, a certified yoga teacher.

Amy has been such an inspiration to me. She's a truly amazing teacher and on top of that, one of the coolest chicks ever.

Best of Boston, indeed...and one of the best anywhere, period.

Cheers!
